Cancellations
A 10% administration fee will be levied for cancellation made by the participant, up to two weeks prior to the start of the course. Cancellation in the last two weeks will result in transfer to a future course or loss of the full course fee. Alternatively, another person may be substituted to attend the course if it is practical to do so. |

Privacy Policy - Data Protection Act 1998
Names and addresses supplied to Seiche Ltd will be retained by them for the purpose of future notification of Seiche courses and associated products. Any financial details supplied will be destroyed as soon as payment procedures have been processed. Names and addresses will not be sold to any outside organisation for marketing purposes. Names and addresses may be passed on to an organisation hosting Seiche courses so that visitor arrangements can be put in place. |

Master Class Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: 25% non-returnable deposit, to be invoiced on receipt of client's letter of agreement, to cover costs of preparation of teaching materials, costs incurred by client cancellation. etc. The remaining 75% will be invoiced on completion of the course. 2. Seiche Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at short notice and will not accept liability for costs incurred by participants or their organisation for cancellation of travel arrrangements and/or accommodation reservations. If the course is cancelled fees will be refunded in full. No liability will be accepted for any other costs. Seiche Ltd reserves the right to make such alteration to the content of a course as may be necessary. 3. Course fees will cover all teaching, but are exclusive of accommodation, subsistence and travel costs. 4. Course fees as agreed will be held for 3 months from the date of quotation Courses Held at External Institutions Will follow the above except insofar as the Terms and Conditions imposed by the Host Institution apply. Disclaimer Whilst all attempts are made to ensure the technical correctness of the taught material, no liability will be accepted for client losses which are claimed to stem from subject matter presented to the student/delegate. |
